Oh we wont be getting to see Vicki's past just yet. 
I have that planned for later this chapter. Things are going to be really fun at the party. 
As so many of you have remembered (on the last 200 pages since chapter 10) Jonathan has one request he can ask of Vicki, and don;t worry, neither one of them has forgotten.
Finally Jonathan is out of excuses, which means Vicki is going to be helping him into one of those outfits very shortly.
